Unless otherwise indicated, purchases made through a Website cannot be returned or exchanged and are non-refundable. If you're not satisfied with your order, please send an email to sales@norasnacks.com. We do not offer returns or exchanges due to dislike of product taste or texture. For any defective product we are happy to replace the item(s) in question with coupon vouchers.
